Hamilton Hume Motor Inn

The room is modern, clean and spacious, and the shower is one of the best I've come across. The beds are pristine and comfortable, the towels are fluffy, and there are spare blankets, pillows and clothes hangers. The fridge is a decent size, and there is cutlery. I also liked having a simple key instead of fumbling with door cards. The air-conditioner works great, and the television is a good size. We got an upgraded room at no extra charge so my Son had more room to run around, which we both really appreciated. Reception was welcoming and friendly, with no mucking around filling in paperwork. Heading home to Wagga after a couple of long, hot days in Sydney, we were feeling worn out and keen to get home. After an hour moving at a snail's pace through the Marulan roadworks, I was starting to feel frazzled, and rain and slippery roads made me decide to find a motel in Yass. The Soldiers club delivers meals, and we've eaten there before, so we know the meals are great. We'll eat well and sleep well tonight.
