Salt Apartments

We'd recommend it and stay again. The ocean view was great, the pools were nice, and we used the gym a few times. All the machines worked fine. The room was spacious, but the couch was uncomfortable and needs replacing. We were just two people, yet the two other chairs on the deck were falling apart. I also forgot to tell them to check the dryer in room 401. It worked, but was the loudest thing I've ever heard. Restaurants and grocers are within walking distance, right in town.

Saly Yeppoon was a perfect base for our short visit. It's right across from the beach, close to the lagoon, and surrounded by cafes, restaurants and local amenities. The spacious room was clean and cosy, and the bed was so comfortable we slept really well. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the after-hours self check-in was easy. Thanks for having us!

We stayed here for several nights from Feb. 28/26. Everything was good, with the sea, a sealed path, restaurants and amenities all close by.

The kindness of Salt's duty manager made the biggest impression on us. They volunteered to follow up on a late delivery of an anniversary gift for me. My wife and I had come back to Yeppoon for our 30th wedding anniversary, about 25 years after our last visit, and we weren't sure what to expect. We were thoroughly impressed by how much it has developed as a holiday destination. Salt was fantastic. Our ocean-view room was large, well appointed, and had genuinely good ocean views. The beach, several good-quality places to eat, and the very cool Yeppoon lagoon complex were an easy walk away. I wish that lagoon had been there when our kids were little. Nothing but five stars from us.
