The price is economical compared with beachfront hotel rooms, and the area itself is quiet. Shops, beaches, and tourist shopping centers are a few streets away. The apartment had a spacious living room, small kitchen, quiet air-conditioned bedroom, and small bathroom. I’d ask the administration to make sure the bathroom is cleaned daily, since that service is included.

It was decent for a long layover, and despite being near the airport, plane noise wasn’t a problem at night. The bathroom smelled like sewer gas wasn’t venting properly. The clean bleach smell only covered it for a few hours.

John was so friendly and helpful. He arranged a snorkeling trip for us and let us use a room to change after checkout. When the bathroom light went out, he fixed it quickly. We arrived to rose petals on the bed for our wedding anniversary, which was lovely. The apartment was basic, but had enough for us. The only downside was that the toilet bin was emptied just once. The location is great for Surfside beach, Reflexion's beach bar, Barefoot Beach restaurant, and plenty more.

The apartment is in a great spot for getting to the beach, and the room itself was good. Everything else was fine too. I just wish there were some kind of fan in the bathroom or an air freshener.

We stayed for six weeks and loved it. The price was very low, and when the stove broke, they replaced it with a new one the next day.
