Jaydon made us feel welcome from the start at the Marriott Stellaris. Check-in was easy, and he later checked that our room was right for us. He also shared useful local tips and paid attention to the little things throughout our stay. His warmth and professionalism made us feel like friends, and he’s a real credit to the Marriott brand.

Nik and Angelica at the front desk were especially kind when we ran into unexpected circumstances, and that’s what really stayed with us. Kevin around the pool and Yettsicia at breakfast were lovely too. Thanks to the whole staff. People like them are why we’re happy to keep choosing Marriott, and we hope to return.

When our son became very sick during our stay at the Marriott Stellaris Casino, the staff helped our family through a frightening time. They even arranged free rides to and from the hospital at 1:00 a.m., when we needed them most. Edward checked on us several times and brought children’s books for our kids, which helped keep them comfortable and distracted. Gabriel, a server on the beach, also had homemade chicken soup prepared from scratch for us. That kindness meant a lot. We felt cared for and never alone, thanks to the compassion shown by the whole Marriott team. It was the best hospitality we’ve experienced at a hotel, and we’ll always remember it. Thank you to everyone at the Stellaris.

Our first Aruba trip was such a good time. The Tradewinds upgrade was outstanding, and the Marriott Stellaris had great amenities and a handy distance from other things to do. Our room was spotless, with nice lighting and TV features, and everyone we met was cheerful and kind. We’ll definitely be back!

The beach is only a few steps away, and there’s plenty to do right at the resort. We loved the beautiful property, wonderful rooms, and amazing gym. Service was on point, and our five days couldn’t have been better. Aruba’s weather is always solid, too. This place does not disappoint, we’ll be back. Don’t let the bad reviews put you off.
