The food and setting were lovely, and our lamb with polenta was amazing, super Dushi. After dinner we were taken to a lounge with live music, where the first drink was free. The cocktail was nasty and the mocktail was so sour, though. If the drinks had been good, we would’ve ordered another and stayed.

The evening started early with good drinks at the bar, chatting while live music played. The grounds and cozy decor felt like a magical place, and the staff looked after us at every step. They seated us before our scheduled time, and Erika took great care of us. The catch of the day was delicious, and the desserts were amazing too. One of the best experiences we’ve had, and we’ll be back.

That infinity pool and sky blue water are absolutely breathtaking. The property is gorgeous, and I’d highly recommend it for an adults-only stay in Aruba. Go for the Penthouse, you won’t be disappointed.

I’m in Aruba one week every month and always make time to eat here. The staff, food, and atmosphere are amazing. I dine out at fine dining restaurants seven nights a week back in New York, so I hope I’m not setting the bar too high, but The Old Man and the Sea is my favorite restaurant in the entire world.

We’d booked a year ahead to celebrate our anniversary, so leaving after only 30 minutes, upset and disappointed, was awful. The property itself is beautiful, but our waiter ruined the evening. I wouldn’t recommend it.
