We spent four nights here for our honeymoon and were very satisfied. I had my hair and makeup done at the hotel for a photoshoot, and everything went perfectly. The room had two mirrors, one full-length and one for makeup, as well as a TV and Wi-Fi. It felt modern and up to date. The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and accommodating, and the stairs between its three floors were comfortable on our feet. Our room was standard in size. Breakfast was repetitive, so after two or three days it might be better to try restaurants outside. We didn't notice noise, bad smells, or other negatives. It was a very good stay, and thanks to all the staff.

My brother recommended the hotel. We were staying farther away, so we decided to move here, and it turned out to be a better choice for us. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are friendly.

Cheap, but awful. The sheets were dirty, the pillow was used and dirty, and there were disgusting smells. I cancelled my reservation there and booked at Radisson instead. The receptionist was very kind.

The rooms are clean, and the service is very good. The staff were really good and helpful. A must-try, and good value for money.

The location is one of Rigs Hotel's strongest points. It's excellent for getting around the city, close to key attractions and public transport. Sadly, most other parts of my stay fell short. Daily room cleaning was nonexistent, which was disappointing for a place claiming to be 3-star. We weren't provided towels, and when we asked for water, we were told it wasn't available. Breakfast was simple and had very little variety. The WiFi, though advertised, didn't work on the 3rd floor where my room was. Rigs Hotel could be a great place to stay because of its location, but it needs to improve basic service. Daily cleaning, towels and water, a more substantial breakfast, and working WiFi are all needed to meet even basic hospitality standards. If these problems were fixed, it could become a top choice. For now, potential guests should manage their expectations or consider somewhere else.
