The only thing I liked was the private pool, though it was expensive, and the jacuzzi wasn’t working. Everything else made for a terrible stay. Service and hospitality were absent, with no in-room amenities, and cleanliness was poor. Staff didn’t speak English or Arabic. The elevator wobbled so much it seemed like it might fall. The bed was small, and the duvet was even smaller, not enough for two people. The location was terrible and the prices ridiculously high. This hotel is far too good for three stars. I’d sooner sleep outside than book here. 👌🏻
