My wife and I spent two days at Shadag Hotel & Spa Resort and really enjoyed it, even though late winter meant we couldn't ski as planned. We especially loved room No. 366 and its amazing mountain view. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was good. There are lots of activities in the area, and the resort is conveniently near game clubs. We also appreciated the rooftop night restaurant and bar. A very nice experience.

The view was amazing, the food was great, and there are plenty of activities within walking distance. The hotel also offers its own tours and has a spa. My only downside was the lack of restaurants and shops outside the resort facilities. Highly recommend the hotel.

Snow falling around the ice-capped mountains made the drive to the hotel feel like a movie scene. Check-in was smooth, and our Mountain View room had incredible balcony views. Breakfast was fresh with a decent variety, just right before heading out into the cold. The ski activities were the main attraction. We tried pretty much everything, the prices were reasonable, and skiing was 10/10 fun. Lunch at the à la carte restaurant was a different story: the staff paid little attention to us, and it took 20 minutes to get a menu. No big deal, but we did feel a little left out.

The staff make you feel like a celebrity and take care of your wishes right away. The service is amazing, and the rooms are comfortable and great overall. I noticed they could use a bit of TLC, as someone who works in interior design, but it didn't affect my comfort or experience.

We had a memorable stay and wished we could've stayed longer. Our balcony faced the coaster ride, and the room was clean, spacious, classy, and pretty. The hotel is close to ski activities, gondola rides, the zipline, the coaster, and more. We checked out today and will really miss the place. This five-star hotel was worth every penny, and we'd come back. It will always have a special place in our hearts.
