The washroom was in very bad condition and broken, and the staff kept disturbing us for no reason. They also claimed we hadn’t paid them, which felt like cheating. They were unprofessional, and the whole experience at this very bad hotel was awful. Honestly, I’d give it zero stars and wouldn’t recommend it at all.

I spent extended stretches here for work, and the historic center location is hard to beat. It’s quiet and you can walk to everything. The interiors need updating, though, and the hotel’s services have declined over time. Stay here with modest expectations.

The bathroom gets almost as cold as outdoors, and there’s no proper heating in winter. Air conditioning is the only way to warm the rooms, but it doesn’t work well. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Good value for the money, with a great location and staff who speak Russian. They’re respectful and keen to help. I’ll book the Pegasus again next time.
