Our junior suite had plenty of space and two big balconies overlooking beautiful Nizami Street. The hotel was clean and well kept, and housekeeping made up the bed and cleaned the room each day. The location was perfect, and receptionist Gulzar’s complimentary breakfast was a lovely touch. Ruslan, our concierge, went out of his way to carry our bags up and down three flights of stairs, all the way to our cab pickup point. We had a wonderful five-night stay at the Austin Hotel in Baku, with warm hospitality and great service. There’s no elevator, so the stairs made for a good workout, but we appreciated the help and will definitely return. Highly recommended.

The hotel has no lift, but the staff took care of getting our bags upstairs. When an issue came up in one room, they moved us and upgraded us to a deluxe room at no extra charge. The team were respectful, great, and well trained. We had a brilliant experience.

I was struck by how bright and roomy the rooms felt. Having a private balcony was especially nice for winding down in the evening. If comfort is what you want, Austin Hotel is a good choice.

The view was lovely, and we enjoyed breakfast and the great service. The hotel is right on Nizami Street. Our room was on the fourth floor, so we had to use the stairs because there’s no elevator, but it was worth it. One of the best places to stay in Baku.

The location is good, but there are other hotel options if you look around. Ms. Nigar at reception was rude and unprofessional. A guy named samir was relatively good and at least listened to what people were saying. Management should put someone like samir in charge to handle guest questions politely. And please fix the system so rooftop rooms aren’t described as balcony rooms.
