The carpet was dirty when I entered, and the TV didn’t work. WiFi only connected near the door, with no signal through the rest of the room. There were just two tea bags and two small waters on the tea table, and half a toilet roll in the bathroom. No power socket was close to the kettle, so I had to move it near the bed to plug it in and heat water. Some lights didn’t work, and there were only two staff working.

The people at reception were pleasant and friendly, but the room itself needs renovation. There were stains on the carpet, walls, and faucet. It was also unbearably hot when I arrived: the heating was set to 30 degrees, and changing it to 15 didn’t stop it heating. I had to switch it off and leave the door open to the hallway to cool the room down somehow. The windows wouldn’t open. I stayed for one night during an eight-hour overnight airport transfer.

The staff were professional and tried to go the extra mile, which was the good part. The room was big, a superior room they gave us as a free upgrade, but the carpet seemed old. It was extremely hot with no way to open a window. There’s only heating, and even with it turned off, the room stayed hot. I was sweating the whole time. Somehow the shower only gave cold water. They said to run it for 15 minutes before it got hot, which seems like a big waste of water. Breakfast was a shame. It wasn’t generous, and there seemed to be little care in what they put out. It starts at 7:30, but when we went at 7:55 there was hardly any hot food left. It made me wonder if they were serving leftovers from previous days. This didn’t feel like breakfast for a four-star hotel. As we knew before booking, you basically need a taxi to get anywhere.

The crew were kind, smiling sincerely, and very attentive to what we needed. They also gave good advice and helped us get to places at prices much lower than what average taxis charge. The service was the best, the rooms were great, and they had everything you could look for in a hotel, plus more. I truly recommend booking here. Why spend more at a five-star hotel that charges extra for every service and still lacks care? ❤ 😊

The staff were very friendly, and the price was reasonable. The rooms were fairly clean but a bit dated. The lunch buffet was very cheap, though the food tasted bland. The hotel is midway between downtown and the airport. There isn’t much close enough to walk to, but transit and taxis make it easy to get around.
