I felt welcomed like family from the moment I arrived at Aiden Hotel. Everyone on the team treated me with real warmth and care, and the thoughtful service and atmosphere made the stay comfortable and memorable. Jawad at reception made my arrival easy and stress-free. He was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. The chauffeur driver was also punctual and courteous, and drove safely, so the journey was comfortable and enjoyable. I really appreciated the excellent service and highly recommend it.

Afiq made our stay wonderful with his warmth and hospitality from the moment we arrived. He helped me sort out booking details, arranged taxis, and even assisted with planning an event. The hotel is basic but clean, with friendly service, and good value for money. It’s a little outside the centre, but we enjoyed walking back even at night and always felt safe. There are buses too if needed. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and we could have used a chair or another surface for our things. Curtains to keep out the early morning sun would have helped us sleep longer. Before booking, I clearly asked whether they could provide vegan breakfast and was told yes, no problem, so I booked with breakfast included. That turned out not to be true. They should have said they couldn’t cater for me, though I could still find something at the buffet. For all three days, I had tomato, cucumber, and olives. At checkout, they also made us wait while they checked the room before letting us leave.
