Apartments by Fairmont Baku Flame Towers

We felt right at home at Le Bistro. The meals were delicious, and Tural and Faraj are doing a brilliant job in the kitchen. Rufat, the supervisor, and the waiting staff were all friendly and helpful. We spent five nights here and had a perfect stay. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful, and we’d recommend both bar 19 and the jazz club. The walk to the city centre is quite long because the hotel sits up high, but the view is breathtaking.

I spent most of my time at Fairmont Baku on this trip, my first stay there and second visit to Baku. I like the city and its friendly people. My room was large, with a panoramic view of the Caspian sea, and breakfast was very nice. I went to the spa every day and to The Jazz Club every night. Mirsahib and his team were friendly and made sure the atmosphere and service were good, with excellent live music. It’s a nice spot for cigars and live music. I recommend visiting for the view and beautiful cocktails.

Fairmont feels like a home away from home to me, and I always stay with the chain when I’m abroad. The Baku hotel gave us a great experience, and the breakfast was delicious. Nemat at the concierge deserves a mention. He’s extremely helpful and friendly, always welcoming guests with a smile. Thanks to Fairmont for making us feel at home.

Solmaz, Elkhan, and Orkhan made the stay feel effortless. They were attentive, respectful, warm, and professional, and seemed genuinely focused on making every moment go well. Their sincere hospitality and efficiency made the stay exceed expectations. The Fairmont itself offered a memorable, high-class experience. The atmosphere and attention to detail both reflected quality and comfort. I’d happily return and recommend the hotel to anyone looking for this level of service.
