The central location was the one good thing. Getting to reception meant going through an old, poorly maintained building, and the stairs and path felt unsafe and scary. There are two floors to climb with luggage, and no lift. Our room was tiny for the price. They said breakfast was included, but none was provided. There's no room service either, and service overall was poor. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Better to pick somewhere safer and more honest.

I really liked the balcony room, and the location is perfect. It was clean and smelled fresh, and breakfast was decent. Thanks to the team.

Everything went smoothly, with good service and no problems, and the location is perfect. The only issue was the mini fridge in our room didn't work.

The location in central Baku is so good that getting a taxi or going anywhere wasn't a hassle. My favorite part was the view from the room's balcony.

The location is very good, but the service was poor. We were told breakfast was included, yet none was served. On the first day I had mentioned we needed vegetarian breakfast, but they brought ham sauce and called it vegetarian. Breakfast is listed for 8:30 a.m., though they still hadn't asked us about it by 9:30. There was no staff to help with services, and no lift. We had to carry all our luggage up to the first floor, which took about two floors' worth of stairs. The room wasn't cleaned daily. Overall, the service was poor.
