Badamdar Hotel and Residences Baku

The staff were polite and welcoming everywhere, from reception and the bell staff to the restaurant team. They even arranged a little birthday surprise for my husband at no extra charge, and it was better than I expected. Our room was neat and spacious, with a great view of flame tower. I'd recommend staying here and will definitely come back.

The spa was relaxing and well kept, and breakfast was one of the highlights, with a rich selection of fresh, well-presented national and international dishes. My friend and I spent two nights at Badamdar Hotel, and the Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping teams made us feel welcome with their attentive, professional service. As a Guest Relation employee at Tabia Group, I value service quality and guest satisfaction, and I could see the team's effort. A few things could be improved: the iron we requested was broken and leaking, there was no Muslim shower (bidet) in the bathroom, and the shower setup wasn't very convenient, with room to improve water usage. We still had a pleasant stay, and these small changes could make it better. Thanks to the team for their hospitality and dedication.

I travel constantly for work, moving between cities, and had one of my most restful nights here. The sleep quality was unmatched, and the food was fresh and delicious. The staff were amazing, with real friendliness and professionalism. I also fell in love with Baku and its people. I can't recommend this place highly enough for a visit. ❤️

The rooms were modern, spotless, and comfortable enough to feel like home, and the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. I did run into a language difficulty: some staff mainly spoke their own language and had trouble understanding English. Everything else was outstanding, and I'd highly recommend the hotel.
