The rooms were in horrible condition. Even the non-smoking rooms smelled of cigarettes, and there was black mold in the bathroom. The fire alarm also kept going all night, so sleeping was impossible. Be very careful with the booking process. On arrival, they insisted on seeing my booking email and quickly took a picture of it. The next morning, my Booking app account was disabled. After looking into it, I saw they had used the PIN from the email to cancel the booking and avoid commission. Because of this, Booking.com disabled my Genius level 3 account. I offered to sort it out amicably, since mistakes can happen, and suggested calling Booking together. The receptionist denied doing it but said the manager would call. That call never came. They also insisted they don't accept cards, even though card payment was listed as an option on the website. If you still stay there, don't let them see your email.

The location is beautiful, and the hotel is comfortable and safe for children. The staff are excellent. Thank you to Mr. Ramal, who was attentive and respectful.

My plans changed at the last hour because of an idea from my friends. The property normally charged a full cancellation fee, but Mr Miri, the main contact, was humble and kind and accepted my cancellation without a fee. I truly appreciated it.
