February 2025. The place was inexpensive, neat, and clean, and the floor heaters kept the whole room cozy and warm. It felt like an apartment with everything we needed: a dining table, kitchen with plates, mugs, glasses, silverware, and a cooker with a heater. There was also a bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom. The TV and cellphone came with services. It's a big place and a great deal.
The location is the main draw: right on or very near Nizami Street, in central Baku and close to restaurants, shops, and major sights. The property itself is basic but generally fine if you don't need many extras. It works well for a short visit or a budget stay, especially if being close to the city is what matters most.
Small hotel with a decent breakfast. It's handy for the old town and central to nizami.
