A really lovely place 🌸😍 The food at the restaurant was incredibly tasty, and my stay was great. The rooms were clean and cozy, just right for relaxing, while the staff were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend it!

The hotel left us with an absolutely disgusting impression, especially the staff. Baku itself brought us plenty of smiles and happy memories, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The pictures are pretty, yet our room was dusty, had no balcony, and came with plenty of flaws. It’s far from the city center, about a 40-minute walk or 20 minutes by taxi without traffic. The Heydar Aliyev Center is the only attraction nearby. Our first day started well with a hearty breakfast, which turned out to be the only decent one. The room was stuffy, but we managed to sleep with the windows open and earplugs. From the next night on, sleep became impossible. Guests moved into the floor below, and the walls were so thin I could hear every word through earplugs. They played loud music at 4 a.m., and the night receptionist did nothing. The manager promised the next day it wouldn’t happen again, but the following night brought more music, shouting, stress, and arguments until 5 a.m. It was my mother’s birthday, too. We wanted to leave that day, but they persuaded us to stay by assuring us there’d be no more trouble. The third night brought more noise and headaches until 2 a.m., despite those assurances. When we insisted on checking out early the next day, they said they wouldn’t refund the unused nights. They also wouldn’t give us a bill or receipt for the stay. Not getting accommodation paperwork is a major red flag, since it leaves you unprotected as a customer and they can do as they please. We ended up calling the police, and only then did they issue an invoice.

My family and I had enough room to be comfortable, including space for our three kids, and the apartment was clean and worth the price. Parking was convenient, and the front office staff were very helpful and fluent in English. The quiet location, away from traffic, made for a relaxing stay.

The apartment was dim, and the bathroom smelled bad. It was so cramped that getting to the shower was difficult. Room service also came with an extra charge. The TV was old, and its remote barely worked. There’s a 24/7 supermarket nearby, but everything else is too far to reach on foot.
