The young man at reception on the evening of May 6th was so helpful. He sorted out all my problems quickly, then pointed out the lovely bay view from the restaurant balcony. If hotel staff everywhere were this friendly, the world would be a much better place. Thank you, and good luck to him!

Our room was spotless and nicely prepared, and every interaction with the team made us feel cared for. Ruslan was especially attentive and polite, making sure we had what we needed during our meal. At the front desk, “Shafiga” listened to our travel plans, welcomed us with a real smile, suggested local places, and offered to arrange a ride. The team’s kindness made the stay joyful as well as comfortable. We’re grateful to “Shafiga” for helping make our trip memorable, and would gladly return or recommend the hotel to friends.

The location is good, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. The rooms were poor quality, and the restaurant wasn't clean. I even saw the chef smoking while cooking. The beef was very chewy, and the well-known chicken motabaka smelled awful and had no meat on it.

Everyone was kind and friendly from day one, and reception was always ready to help. Nihat, the manager, even moved us to a larger room with a better view at no extra cost. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was really good. We had a very good stay.

I came to Baku on my own for my birthday and stayed at the Boulevard Seaside Hotel. Sahin greeted me when I arrived and helped me out with a charger. He speaks English really well and is always smiling.
