Boutique Hotel Callisto

Isbandiyor gave us such a warm welcome that we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The whole team was friendly and the service was excellent. I had a fantastic stay, and would highly recommend the hotel.

The breakfast buffet had plenty to get the day started: cheeses, boiled eggs, cornflakes, Keish style pizza, rolls, vegetables, fruit, oats, fries, and more. Tea, coffee, and milk were available too, and you could ask for something else from the menu. I found the food selection just right. The hotel itself is small, pretty, and cozy, with only a few rooms, and our room looked exactly like the photo. They brought extra blankets, tissues, and water whenever we asked. I chose Callisto Baku after a lot of research and reading reviews because it was my first time in a new country and I wanted to feel safe. It exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were kind and friendly, answered all my questions, and explained that my non-refundable booking hadn't been charged yet. Although I'd entered my card details, payment was due at the property, which was fine. I was just glad they explained it so kindly.

Nihat and Abas helped with my tourist requests and made the stay easy and satisfying. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location worked perfectly for exploring central Baku on foot. I really enjoyed staying here.

Most of the interesting sights are an easy walk away, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was especially good, beyond what I expected. A very nice hotel that I highly recommend.
