The rooms were cozy, clean, and well looked after, and breakfast came with a delicious range of choices. I was also impressed by how the team helped us with preparations and other needs during Ramadan. As a traveler observing the month, I really appreciated their flexibility and care for guests’ religious and cultural practices. The location made exploring Baku easy: Nizami Street is a two-minute walk, Highland Park and Flame Towers are close by, and Little Venice takes just a 3-4 minute bus ride. Orhan at reception deserves a special mention. He was consistently welcoming and professional, and ready to help with any request. The whole team was helpful. Everything was perfect for me, and I’d highly recommend the hotel.

The staff really went out of their way to help, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, with thoughtful amenities. Grandview Boutique Hotel is right in Baku’s Old Town, with the metro a minute away and major sights an easy walk. For what it costs, it feels like a great deal. I’d book it without overthinking it.

My room was a good size and comfortable, with a lovely view of the Flame Towers and the Caspian Sea. The two male staff members were kind and very helpful, and they replied to messages even though reception wasn’t there much. Finding the hotel can be tricky because it has no sign, and you have to climb stairs to reach the room.

I stayed in September 2025 and had a lovely time. The staff were very helpful, and the prices were reasonable. It’s inside the Old City, and the rooms have traditional architecture. I’ll definitely stay there again on my next visit.

The rooms were clean, and mine had water, tea, coffee, and the other things you might need. It’s a very nice hotel. Just be aware that the bathroom gets quite cold in winter.
