The rooms were clean, modern, and heated, but what made the place stand out was the personal attention from the staff. Dilber, Ibrahim, and the others whose names I didn’t catch were amazing. I’ve stayed at plenty of five-star hotels, and this is one of the best I’ve experienced. 10/10, highly recommend.

We stayed at Central Square Hotel in Baku last October with my parents, and it made for a lovely visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very nice. It’s just minutes from the main attractions, but away from the city noise. Ibrahim, the manager, was attentive, kind, and always ready to help. His recommendations for things to do and places to visit made our trip more special. We’re very grateful for his care and hospitality, and felt welcome and looked after the whole time. Highly recommended, and we’d happily stay again.

The bathroom was a standout: heated floors, instant hot water, and a Muslim shower, which I hadn't found at the other two hotels on our 10-day trip. Breakfast was tasty, and it even included a cafe latte, though the selection was a little limited. We stayed for two nights and had an incredible time. Mr. Ibrahim and his team were warm and welcoming, and Mr. Ibrahim was especially friendly and helpful. There’s no elevator, but the staff carried our luggage upstairs.

Mr. Ibrahim, the manager, was always ready to help make the stay as good as possible. The room was spacious and had all new furniture, and the staff were attentive and focused on guest care. Highly recommended. Thanks a lot, and see you on my next trip to Baku.
