It stinks, everything is dirty, and the rooms don’t lock. The staff are terrible. I’ll never go back.

I booked through agoda, but on check-in day the reception refused to let us stay. Three other guests were turned away at the same time for the same reason: the room was still being maintained. It’s very bad that guests can confirm an online reservation and then be refused by the hotel. I’ll never book here again.

I’m here for 3 nights and still have one night to go. This is the worst 4 stars hotel I’ve seen. The pictures aren’t accurate, and there’s no pool or gym. There’s no drinking water in the room or on the floor. The fridge doesn’t cool things properly, and the air conditioner doesn’t work, making the room more humid. The bathroom water is far too hot, so you can’t even enjoy a shower. The worst trip I’ve had 😢.

This feels like a one-star hotel, nowhere near four stars. The toilet was very dirty and smelled bad, and the towels weren't properly clean. The air conditioning has been out of order for two months, and there are other problems too.

The people here are accommodating, helpful, and easy to talk to, and the hotel is conveniently close to a metro station. Service is affected by staff shortages, though, and there’s no room service.
