Ali, the manager, made a real effort to keep us comfortable. He was professional, supportive, and accommodating, and even upgraded our rooms to Superior Rooms, which made the stay more enjoyable. CityLife Boutique Hotel is right on Nizami Street, so we could easily walk to restaurants, shops, attractions, and nightlife. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful service throughout. We had a wonderful time in Baku and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it for the location, service, and value.

I had a really bad experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and had no basic manners. Whenever I asked for anything, they wanted extra money, which felt like a scam. Guests aren't even allowed to visit. When someone came to see me, staff threatened to "kick you out." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

The breakfast could use more variety, though the lady at the counter made amazing omelettes. I was there for two days and had an amazing experience. The rooms were superb for the price, with heated floors, and everything in the room and washroom was very neat and clean. The staff were so welcoming and nice. I'd recommend this place again and again to anyone coming to Baku.

A small nearby spot, Breezy Coffee Shop, became part of my morning routine. I usually stopped there for coffee, and the place was super cozy with a surprisingly good latte. I really enjoyed my time at the hotel too. It was clean and quiet, and the location was great.
