The staff were helpful, kind, and cooperative, and the hotel is in a good location. Owner Mr Jabir and fareed helped us get a sim card and change money, and they upgraded our room at no extra cost. We’ll definitely come back.

Set in the old town, this is a very nice hotel. The staff were kind and professional, especially main manager Edwin, who was always ready to help and make our stay unforgettable. The rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was good.

The staff’s work and hospitality are beyond praise, and the location is excellent. One thing to know: the hotel is near the minaret, and the muezzin’s call to prayer around 5 am is quite loud and may wake you.

The service was great, and I’d definitely return if I visit Baku again. It’s a lovely hotel in the perfect spot in the old city, with most Baku attractions within walking distance.
