Eleven Hotel Baku

The room itself was spacious and clean, and the service deserves 4+ stars. The location is super central, too. But there’s a live house right below the hotel, and the bass and music come straight through into the room. People also talk right by the window. It stays really noisy until 00:30 or later, and it's impossible to fall asleep. That's why I gave it a 2.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were attentive and very helpful, which made the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was good, but it was served at another location, a two-minute walk behind the hotel. The food wasn't replenished promptly, so even though we arrived early, only a few choices were left. A pleasant enough stay, though breakfast service could be better.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were nice and cooperative, so staying here was a very good experience. I didn't try the breakfast, though I'm sure it would be good too. Right on Nizami streets, it's a great place to stay when visiting baku.

We had no water at the hotel for 24 hours, and the entrance felt dangerous because there were workers on the roads. We wanted to cancel, but the hotel manager refused to refund our money. This was the worst experience of my life, a disgusting place. I don't recommend booking here at all.
