Just keep in mind there’s no lift. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend this hotel. It’s right in the heart of Baku, within walking distance of Nazimi street and its shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Aina and Ulve deserve a special thanks for making our stay extra special. Keep it up!

We spent seven days here in Baku and had a pleasant, comfortable stay. The location made getting around easy, and whenever we needed something, the staff were responsive and accommodating.

The food was tasty, and the staff were very helpful. I asked about a discount for staying extra days and they kindly helped me out. The hotel itself is neat, charming, and very nice. I don’t get the complaints about breakfast, but it’s not a five-star hotel, so expecting a five-star breakfast seems unfair.

The breakfast was generous and delicious, and it came included with my room. Staff were warm and hospitable too. When traffic made it hard for me to find a taxi to the airport, they helped me get one. A kind lady offered tea while I waited and chatted with me. I was only in Baku for one night, but the comfortable stay and convenient spot near popular sights and restaurants made it a great stop for a tourist.

We’ll remember this stay fondly. Central Baku is spotless and beautifully kept, right in the city center. The welcome was lovely, and the staff were attentive, helpful, friendly, and always smiling. Ayna and Farid were especially wonderful.
