10/10
The workers were friendly, and the location is right in the heart of the Baku Marina area, just steps from the malls and seafront. It was surprisingly good for a 3 stars hotel, especially since it was my first time staying in one. Everything was great: a clean room with a really big double bed, shower, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee.

4/10
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is fairly central. But there are a lot of management issues that shouldn’t happen in a hotel. Rooms are only cleaned irregularly, every three days, and guests are expected to ask for cleaning themselves. The windows were dirty, the shower holder was broken, and some doors were broken too. The place really needs renovating, regardless of the average prices.

The reception staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and had the necessary utilities for the price. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of major sights around Baku Boulevard. Thanks again.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the price was reasonable. Our room was spacious, though the bathroom could use some repairs and an upgrade. Breakfast came from a nearby third-party restaurant. It wasn’t a buffet, but it was nice, so I can’t complain. We had a very good stay.

8/10
We spent six nights here, and it was a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, right by the baku boulevard, with metro stations nearby. We walked to most of baku’s attractions. The room was large and clean, the bathroom was clean too, and everything worked properly. Reception staff were friendly and courteous.
