Good value for money, with friendly staff, tasty food, and rooms that were well maintained.

It was hard to sleep because you could hear anyone walking past your room, and housekeeping didn’t clean until 5 PM, which felt strange. The location was poor, with nothing nearby, and breakfast had the same bad options every day. The view was horrible, and the pictures on booking and here were fake in the sense that reality looked very different. The staff were bad and seemed to try to get money out of you for everything, though Sara at reception was the best. Not all the staff speak English, either. I don’t recommend it.

The pool was dirty and only 12 m^2, the view was zero, and the lobby felt like a 2 star hotel, with just 8 places to sit. There wasn’t even any toilet paper or tissues. For a place calling itself a 5 STAR Hotel, that’s ridiculous. The breakfast was rancid, with practically nothing to eat. The staff were rude and inept, especially reception and housekeeping, and no one could speak English. This is the trashiest, most worthless hotel I’ve ever seen. I’m sorry for this hotel, and I suggest you never waste your money or travel time here.

The reception desk was empty all the time. Staff were outside smoking, joking, and playing around. Room cleaning and the daily free drinking water were both delayed. When I went to the sauna to relax, I found three pairs of jeans belonging to staff hanging there to dry. This hotel was less than 3 stars, one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in.
