Teatro Rooms Hotel

The location was excellent, the breakfast buffet fantastic, and the stay felt like good value for money. Reception staff were flexible and accommodating, though housekeeping could do better. We had to call every day for basic amenities. More attention to detail or additional training might help. The rooms need renovation, but with a bit of TLC this hotel could shine.

On our first day in Baku, 17th of August 2025, we arrived from the airport with our family, exhausted mentally and physically, including our two kids, aged 8 and 3. Around 11:30am, they made noise at reception and played with things there. The man at the desk yelled at me as if threatening that management wouldn't let us check in, even though our package was paid for and non-refundable. I was really frustrated, and the staff's behavior on our first day at the hotel in Baku was so unprofessional. I tried to stay calm because I didn't want more stress. They also advised me to beat or threaten the kids to control them. We asked that same day to change rooms because ours smelled bad and was dark. The night shift staff told my wife they could move us the next day, since we'd already checked into the room. But when we reminded them the following day, the same staff member who'd been rude said it wasn't available until tomorrow. We spent three days there and never got another room. The service we experienced was among the worst, and the staff weren't friendly or hospitable.

The spacious rooms were well maintained, and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. We also loved the Indian-style breakfast, which made us feel right at home. The hospitality was amazing. We had a great stay at Teatro Boutique Hotel, highly recommend!

The area felt safe and wasn’t crowded, with restaurants to choose from and 24-hour supermarkets just behind the hotel, about a two-minute walk away. We had a lovely family stay. The room was excellent, breakfast was excellent too, and the staff were very friendly. Togrul (Ali) was especially helpful.
