We spent four days at Grand Hotel Baku Central Park with friends and had a really nice stay. After long days out, the clean, comfortable rooms were a good place to relax. The staff were helpful and friendly, and everything seemed well maintained. It's close to Central Park and convenient for getting around Baku. I'd definitely recommend it for a trip with friends.

The staff made the whole stay comfortable and enjoyable, and I especially want to thank the hotel manager, ELNUR. His warm, professional approach and commitment to good service showed throughout. ALI AND ABBAS were amazing too, and SUBHAN was helpful. The hospitality was truly lovely, and I'm grateful for such a memorable visit. The Grand hotel is amazing!!! I'd highly recommend it and hope to come back. ☺️🙂

Ali at reception was a super host, and another lady whose name I can't remember made us feel welcome. The staff were nice and helpful, and helped us with trips around the area, including Shahdag. They offered early check-in and gave us breakfast when we arrived, even though it wasn't included. The rooms were spacious and clean, room service was nice, and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a nice location, close to everything.

The park view from the restaurant was amazing. We were there for three nights, and the room was okay for the price. The AC units are quite old and don't cool well. Service was good otherwise, and breakfast was decent.

The view was beautiful, the bed super cozy, and the bathroom had everything I needed. I also really liked the delicious breakfast, and the staff were kind and always willing to help. The location worked perfectly for me, with a park, shops, and attractions nearby, and Nizami Street and the Old Town just a short walk away. I had a wonderful stay and only wish it had been longer. I'd happily return.
