It’s my fourth stay here, and thank God, it’s a great place for families. The rooms and staff are excellent, breakfast is good, and everything is close by, including coffee shops, bakeries, grocery stores, and supermarkets. Booking.com prices are higher. Find their number on Google Maps and contact them directly, and they’ll offer the lowest price and the room you want. Thanks to the staff, and especially the management.

The location worked really well, just a short walk from the boulevard and Deniz mall, with lots of restaurants nearby. We visited in winter, and the room heating and hot water worked perfectly. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was good, and the environment felt hospitable and homely. The staff were especially wonderful, welcoming and helpful with every request, and did all they could to meet our needs. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

This wasn’t our first choice, but after our package stay at Holiday Inn Baku ended, flight cancellations meant we had to spend another 3-4 days in Az. The hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The staff were few in number but very helpful, welcoming, and cooperative. We’d already been in Az for more than a week, and this was the first time anyone offered us water. Nobody seemed to drink or offer water, in hotels or restaurants. The room was comfortable and well equipped, and staff handled complaints well. Breakfast was basic but good. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Baku Eye, Denize Mall, the Boulevard, and several grocery stores and big and small restaurants. Bolt cabs came easily for pickup and drop-off. I’d highly recommend this hotel to someone traveling on a budget.

It’s in a handy spot near the Ferris wheel and Caspian Sea, and the Wi-Fi worked well. For the price, the room was good, with a comfortable bed and no bed bugs. Mr.Ruvshan at reception was approachable and helped me print my pass and sort out a last-minute booking change.
