Even with all the winding streets in the old city, Kichik Gala Hotel is easy to find and well located. The rooms are roomy and cozy, and everything was clean and tidy. Staff were responsive and ready to help with any problem. Prices are low, too, and breakfast was really tasty. I'd recommend it.

We left after just one night, though we'd booked three. The service and staff left us very dissatisfied. One room's AC didn't work, and in another the unit made a creepy crackling sound all night. We had to ask over and over for towels, soap, and shampoo, but the staff member ignored us while watching a movie on his work computer. There was only one pillow for two people in a double room. The fridge was dirty, and the shower drain didn't work properly. Highly not recommended.

A very peaceful stay, with no hustle and bustle. The rooms are furnished well and very clean, and the washrooms are just as clean. The management is cooperative, and the atmosphere is polite, cool, and easygoing. I lived here peacefully. Best one in town.
