Getting around from here was easy, and breakfast was simple but good enough to set us up for the day in the city. The rooms are a bit dated, though they were clean. You can hear other guests pretty easily through the thin walls, which was the main inconvenience. We really loved the service, especially Tabor and Sabish, who were so friendly and helpful.

The staff were the highlight. Reception is open around the clock and always ready to help. I went to the sauna very early in the morning, and that was no problem for them. Housekeeping was very good too. The hotel itself isn't especially luxurious, and breakfast was great even though it was repetitive. Thank you, Sabiz, and everyone else!

A simple, nice, budget hotel in a good location. Sabiz and Teymuz helped us a lot during our stay, and the service was great.

Mr Vasif and Ayxan were professional, helpful, and did a great job. The service felt like what you'd expect at one of the Hilton hotels. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were unprofessional and the service was poor. There's no lift, and the swimming pool area smelled bad. Our room was damaged in several ways, and the bed creaked so much that sleeping at night was difficult. The fridge door was broken and spoiled my medicine. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
