Breakfast was a nice start to each day, with plenty of fresh options, and the room service was great. I spent eight days at lake palace hotel in Baku and found the rooms comfortable and the welcome warm. ZARA and Noor at reception were especially helpful, and dawood was good in the breakfast area too. We had a lovely time, with amenities close to the hotel.

I come here for short stays because the rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly. Mrs. Zara is particularly welcoming and caring. The location beside a park is ideal. Meals could use some improvement.

Breakfast stood out, with fresh, tasty food and a good range of choices. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. It was a comfortable stay and a solid option in the area.

We only stayed one night, but Abdin at reception was so kind and helpful, and made sure we were comfortable. Room service was really quick too. They even brought coffee up at night very fast.

The staff were nice, but over my seven days here the sheets were changed only twice, and the balcony was dirty with bird poop and needs a clean. Breakfast was average, and the food didn't seem fresh, more like it had been made the night before. One towel went missing after they took it away with the laundry, and they never returned it. The stay was average overall, with things that need improvement.
