Luxury Winter Park Hotel Apartments

The flats we arrived at didn’t match what we had booked. Flat 601 was advertised as a 3-bedroom and flat 701 as a 2-bedroom, but the actual flats only had two bedrooms. One of them, flat 903, was much smaller than what we’d booked. When we raised the issue with the host, Mr. B*, he responded unprofessionally and told us to leave immediately if we didn’t like it. He discounted the rate by 150 manat, but we had paid 600 manat more than the listed price for the 2-bedroom flat. We also had to pay to book an extra room at another hotel because we were short on rooms. The host refused payment through the website and insisted on cash, with no receipts or invoices to prove payment. He also asked us to let him cancel the booking on the website, likely to avoid a negative review, but we refused. The misrepresentation, the host’s unprofessional response, and his failure to take appropriate action were deeply disappointing. I don’t recommend this host or rental.
