I stayed there for ten days, and privacy was a problem. The concrete between rooms wasn't right, so sounds from the neighboring room carried through. It also felt like a sex hotel, which didn't seem suitable for people traveling alone for work or with family.

I was traveling alone, luckily, because this hotel didn't feel suitable for families. I saw for myself what kind of guests it seemed intended for. The room was nothing like the Booking photos, everything was extremely dirty, and there wasn't even a kettle. I've stayed in countless hotels and never had an experience this bad. It also felt unsafe: a note behind the door said the hotel wasn't responsible for lost items. When I asked, they said that only applied to foreign guests, which is outrageous.

Public transport connections weren't great, but otherwise we had a really good stay. We were in a newly renovated room, and the staff were welcoming and polite. They gave us all the information we needed, including taxi details, and didn't charge us for early check-in. Breakfast was fine for getting through the first few hours. I'd definitely recommend it.

My husband and I rented a car from Secret Hotel Baku for our summer trip, and we were happy with the service. The price seemed reasonable and the rental terms were clear. We chose a Kia Cerato, which was in perfect, like-new condition, and that made exploring Baku more enjoyable and convenient. It was a memorable trip, and I'm glad we rented from Secret Hotel Baku.
