We stayed from 15th to 17th May, and the customer service was very poor. We had to wait almost two hours after check-in time when we arrived, but when I was 45 minutes late checking out, the manager made a fuss. They promised a room upgrade on 16th May, first on the evening of the 15th and again on the afternoon of the 16th. I left clear instructions because my luggage was packed and ready to move, and the customer service manager said the upgrade would take 2 to 3 hours. When we returned late at night, they said it wasn’t possible. Customer service tried to reach senior staff but couldn’t. The mattresses were bad, the pillows were hard and high, and when I asked for different ones, they said they only had that one option. The toilet didn’t drain properly, so water overflowed while showering. After numerous complaints, nothing was done; they just put everything back on our table and said the hotel doesn’t run 24 x 7. I’d avoid this hotel at any cost.

I checked in on 11-Apr-2024. The air conditioner only heated and didn’t cool, and staff said they couldn’t help, so I should open the windows and sleep. There was no drinking water or kettle for tea or coffee in the room. The staff weren’t friendly, and whenever you asked for something, they’d say to come back tomorrow. Breakfast was included in my price, but it was awful. No server was available to explain what was on the table, and the food wasn’t arranged properly. The bedsheets were torn and weren’t replaced. Toiletries were provided only once during the stay, and there was no dental kit.

The area around the hotel has 24-hour markets, late-night pharmacies, and little local eateries serving tasty food for pocket change. The location is good, and you can easily get to the city center by Bolt or Uber. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, and the staff are lovely and very helpful. Such an easy, lovely hotel. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely go back.

I stayed in a suite and had loads of comfortable space. The staff were great, always smiling and ready to help, and the prices were good for the room, service, and location. The hotel is in a great spot in Baku, away from the city center traffic but still not too far from it.

We had the family room 512, which was big enough for the three of us. The hotel is well placed near several transport options, including buses and the metro, and Uber is still inexpensive. Breakfast had plenty of tasty variety. Highly recommended.
