Yunis at reception made a great impression. He was professional, welcoming, patient with questions, and always greeted people with a smile. The service from him and the staff was excellent and made the stay even more pleasant. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with tidy rooms, good facilities, a relaxing feel, and a convenient location for exploring the city. I had a really pleasant stay and would recommend it to people visiting Baku.

The food was excellent, with lots of delicious options and lovely presentation. The whole team at Atlas Hotel provided warm, attentive service, and Kanan and Orhan were especially good. The staff were friendly, caring, supportive, and professional, and handled our requests promptly with a smile. We had a comfortable, pleasant stay, and I highly recommend Atlas Hotel Baku for its hospitality and customer service.

The staff are sweet and courteous, but the language barrier is a real issue. Sometimes they don't know English. The breakfast has very few vegetarian options, though the paid vegetarian menu is good. They need to learn how to make chapatis better. Still, we had a good experience overall.

The staff were helpful and courteous, and Taleh deserves a special mention. When we were too hot at midnight, he quickly helped us switch rooms and made the stay much more comfortable. As an Indian traveler, I was impressed by the wide selection of vegetarian food and how much the flavors resembled Indian food. The hotel is good value, and its simple, elegant interiors felt calming. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel was neat and well maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and handy essentials like a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, and lotion. We stayed at Atlas Hotel Baku for the last two days and had a very pleasant time. Recommended for a comfortable stay in Baku. ⭐⭐⭐
