I’ve used the gym at the landmark for almost two years, but the equipment still isn’t being maintained. On a recent visit, only 2 of the approximately 10 treadmills worked, and one had some strange yellow liquid on it. The weight equipment needs more regular attention too. In the women’s changing room, perhaps 10 of the 100+ lockers work. They did recently buy new towels, but towels aren’t what I choose a gym for. Prices have gone up, and I’m disappointed management isn’t taking better care of the gym. It could be so much better.

I checked in last night. Most things about the hotel are okay, but the wireless internet isn’t working, which is a major problem. We asked them to fix it and they said they’d do their best, but it might not be fixed quickly. The room’s heating system was broken too, though they came and repaired it.

For one of the city’s most expensive gyms, the equipment is very basic. There are 10 treadmills, but only 2 work, and even those barely do. It’s one of the worst gyms I’ve seen.

The spa is the best, and the view is astonishing. My room was clean, and the hotel service was the best in town. They kept my luggage until the next day, and when I asked for a bottle of water, the receptionist gave me 2. Highly recommended!

A good location for business or exploring the city, with clean rooms that have everything you need and all the basics covered. The staff are courteous, though they don’t seem experienced, so things can slip through the cracks.
