The room felt safe for me traveling alone, and both it and the bathroom were clean and pleasant. Breakfast had a nice European-style selection, and room service was available too. The staff were friendly. It took about 25 minutes by car to get to Baku airport.

The room was on the small side, but clean, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, from reception to the breakfast team. The price felt very fair for the service, maybe even too low. A special thanks to Khazar (Hotel manager), who made our stay perfect.

The team was kind and responsible throughout my stay at Essam Deluxe Hotel, and I really appreciate it. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I also had an unfortunate incident with a taxi outside the hotel. Management took it seriously, treated it professionally, and did what they could to support me.

The owner's response when we raised our concerns says a lot: he arrogantly told us their rating was very high and it wasn't a problem for them. We spent two nights there, and the stay was among the worst hotel experiences we've had. The rooms were stuffy and smelled of cigarettes, and the floors and bathroom were dirty. There wasn't even a window we could open for fresh air. We wouldn't return and strongly advise others to avoid it. The online ratings don't reflect how bad it was.

I had a wonderful experience, with a smooth check-in and a warm welcome from the staff. They made an effort to help me feel at home. My room was spacious and very clean, with a cozy bed and modern amenities that made it comfortable. The hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby, and the views were breathtaking.
