We ended up being three instead of two, and the hotel was sold out. I asked about a free cancellation after the deadline, but they approved it anyway. We didn't stay there, but the communication was perfect and the host was very nice. They care about guests having a good trip, not just taking their money.

The rooms aren't the prettiest, and the TV remote barely worked. Hot water in the shower could take a minute to arrive, or sometimes more than 5, and the water pressure was weak. The bathroom wasn't very clean either. Breakfast wasn't for me: there wasn't much on the plate and the quality wasn't great. On the plus side, it's a budget option near most major attractions, and the staff are friendly.

For a budget friendly hotel near the tourist destinations, this is a great choice. Mr. Bayram at reception gave us a warm welcome, was very accommodating, and even suggested some good restaurants at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place. 💙

The location made it easy to explore: the Funicular, which takes you up to a panoramic view of the Baku City, and the F1 Track are right nearby. The Carpet museum, Caspean Sea, Philharmonic park, and Old city are also close. Everything is within 1 km, so you can walk easily if you don't have kids. Bolt is easy to find if you need a taxi. Bairam was a huge help with quick check-in, city updates, and tour options. The lady who prepares the food was very nice and made a great breakfast. Bairam was the most helpful person. I'll come back with my family if the hotel is still available, though booking can be difficult because of how close it is to nearby areas of the city.

The room was good, with a clean, spacious washroom, and the heater worked well. Breakfast was simple, with not many options on the plate.
