My Bed

The rooms were nice and clean, and we spent our birthday week here. Service was okay, though there’s no room service. I hope they improve that. After we used the complimentary bottles in the room, they didn’t provide more water. Water dispensers on every floor might be a better option. The location is excellent, right in the city center, with a great view of the Caspian Sea. Breakfast comes with a breathtaking look over the boulevard, the Ferris wheel, and the sea. Try Mangal Steakhouse Restaurant 👍👍👍 and Paul's Baku Steakhouse 👍👍👍

It’s a decent building in a good location, and the service is okay. But the internet connection is awful. They filter traffic, and most of the time you’re completely offline. Working from the hotel is basically impossible.

They confirmed our booking, then after a long flight we arrived to find they’d overbooked. The reception staff just stared at us and wouldn’t answer our questions or help find somewhere else to stay.
