Nizami Central Park Hotel

We were only there for one night, but had a good experience. The location is handy for exploring the city, and our room was perfectly clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and even made a reservation for us at a great restaurant. I absolutely recommend staying here.

My belongings were returned only after I insisted on getting back what was rightfully mine. The way this was handled was unprofessional. Rather than address how serious the issue was, the response seemed focused on defending staff behavior I found unacceptable. I don’t agree that my concern was dealt with appropriately. If the CCTV footage was properly reviewed, the staff member’s actions should have been clear. Integrity and honesty still leave room for improvement. Keeping cleanliness a priority consistently matters, but what I saw won’t change no matter how much effort is made from here on. I’m posting from another account because my last one was restricted and I can’t reply. Love that.

We stayed for 3 nights in a room with a balcony. The garden on Nizami street is right outside the room, so it could get a bit noisy. The room was nice, the bathroom was brilliant, and the staff were very helpful, especially Nyla and Rahul.

The room was spacious, clean, and warm, with all the necessities. Hot water and the shower worked very well, and closing the windows tightly kept out both wind and noise. The price is affordable for such an excellent location in the Nizami shopping districts, with plenty of shops and eateries just a few minutes away on foot. Service was adequate. Some staff were friendly, especially Aiden and the room keeper. Breakfast only starts at 9AM, which feels late when many travellers and tours set off early. I’d recommend offering it earlier.
