The apartment looked nothing like the photos, and the room, kitchenware, and equipment were all dirty. We were also told early check-in would be free, then charged AED 120 without getting a receipt. A building security guard made us feel unsafe by asking for money and saying it was his birthday. Customer service never responded. Very disappointing, and I’d be cautious about staying here because the apartment felt unsafe and the service was poor.
The apartment was dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned. It also smelled of smoke throughout, as if people had smoked inside before. When booking through Booking, we were asked to pay in cash and then told there would be a $50 service fee. That extra charge wasn't mentioned anywhere. Be careful, these people are scammers!
Everything was broken, from the doors to the furniture. Worst experience ever, they just take your money. No one should rent this place.
Nothing was as described, and the apartment was messy with a terrible bathroom. The price shown when I booked changed when I arrived, and they wanted more money as commission. They insisted on cash, even though the booking page showed all kinds of cards were accepted. A really bad experience.
I was very disappointed. The place fell short of both the description and what I expected, and there was no honesty or transparency.
