It was easy to get around Baku by car or taxi, since the hotel isn't far from the city center. The staff made the service feel personal. They were always helpful and greeted me with a smile whenever I passed by, and they even arranged a taxi for me a few times.

It's interesting that after one bad review, five new ones saying the hotel is “very good” appear right away, all from people living in Baku. Any smart person can see they're fake. It reflects really poorly on the hotel.

All the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and we really appreciated the warm welcome and the experience. I highly recommend Grand Inn Hotel Baku for an exemptional stay. Thanks again to the Grand Inn Hotel Baku Team. We'll surely come back.

Red ants were everywhere, even on the bed, and it was hard to relax or sleep. The towels were ripped and visibly dirty, and there was no dustbin or dental kit in the room. I also saw the same few women cleaning rooms, washing dishes, and cooking, which seemed unfair to them and affected the service. On top of that, despite asking several times, our room went uncleaned for three days in a row. I’d urge Holiday Factory to reconsider listing Grand Baku Inn, since this kind of stay reflects badly on its brand and customer experience. #holidayfactory
