Graaf Hotel

I spent 17 days here and felt comfortable the whole time. The rooms were spotless and well looked after, and the staff were always ready to help with whatever I needed. The service was exceptional. I'd highly recommend it for a clean, welcoming stay.

The friendly, accommodating staff and the hotel's cosy, spotless feel made a strong impression on me. Its location in Baku was perfect for getting around and exploring. I also really enjoyed the food at the Turkish restaurant on the ground floor. Upstairs, the restaurant and bar on the 6th floor had incredible cocktails and a mesmerizing hookah experience. It exceeded my expectations and made for an unforgettable stay.

Graaf Hotel is about 4 km from the city center, but there are useful places nearby, including a 24-hour supermarket, a pharmacy, Club 45 restaurant, which is open all night, and Ganjlik Mal. The rooms at Graaf Hote were clean, nice, and spacious, and breakfast was cute. The food at 5Hundred Restaurant on the 6th floor was delicious. A big thank you to all the staff, especially Nilgun and Elton, for being so friendly and helpful throughout.

We were a group of 27 from Chennai, India, and stayed for four nights. The hotel is within walking distance of Haidar Aliyev Museum. The rooms were well furnished and kept, though not having creamer for tea or coffee was a letdown. Breakfast had a thin spread, with little choice of fruit. We couldn't use facilities like the gym because we were on a group tour. Massage is available, but you have to book 24 hours ahead. There’s also a bar lounge on the 6th floor, plus a kebab restaurant and cafe on the ground floor.
