It’s a small, cozy place with a homey feel, more like a big comfortable house than a standard hotel. Elçin and Faiq made the stay special. They’re great, very helpful guys, and I’m happy to call them friends now. The neighborhood is an interesting mix of old and new, and markets, shops, and other things you need are within walking distance. It’s a little away from the busy city center, so it’s peaceful and quiet. If you like a calm, homey atmosphere more than a big fancy hotel, Nur-2 Hotel is a good fit.

I first visited Nur hotel in October 2025 as an international tourist, and the trip was really wonderful. The hotel is nice and well located, with a sea view from the balcony. The service and breakfast were great too. Communication in baku was difficult. People didn’t understand English and also didn’t seem interested in talking to strangers. The weather was very good, and the sea views and neat, clean roads were beautiful. In Sha Allah, I’ll visit again.

Noor Hotel is in a peaceful, quiet area, a nice place to unwind after a busy day in Baku. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and breakfast each morning had a good variety of fresh, delicious items. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Special thanks to Mr. Elchin, the hotel manager, who was kind, professional, and attentive to everyone’s needs. I had a great time and would happily stay again. If you want somewhere calm, clean, and friendly in Baku, I recommend Noor Hotel.

The hotel management were so helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I spent a week in baku and really enjoyed staying here. It’s within walking distance of the city center. Highly recommended. ❤️
