The reception team were especially helpful, and check-in was quick. Piano Hotel Baku has lovely interiors, while the rooms are quiet and cozy after a day of sightseeing. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
10/10
I spent 8 days here and really loved the hotel. My room was neat and clean, and I’d highly recommend booking it if you’re visiting baku.
10/10
The location and staff were very good. Such a beautiful hotel!
4/10
Management seemed uninterested in guests and their problems. The cleaning staff took the toothbrush and towels the very next day, then didn't replace them, or even bring back the old ones.
2/10
The place felt depressing, and cigarette smoke hung throughout the whole hotel. I definitely wouldn't choose it for a relaxing stay.
