Planet Inn Hotel Baku

For the low price, the hotel is clean, the rooms are clean too, and the staff treat guests well, though their English is very poor. There's a young man in the hotel office who speaks English well and can handle requests. The restaurant is good for a snack, and there's a local bazar where you can buy food very cheaply, plus one supermarket beside the hotel and 2 more in the neighborhood. You get to see real life in baku here. Just know it's far from the city center, and reaching most tourist places takes about 45 minutes. To get into the center, take bus line "32" to the nearest metro station, "Neftchilar," then continue by metro.

I had to ask reception for a towel because there wasn't one in my room. They gave me three, and the people working there were nice. The room was clean and comfortable.

The rooms had incredibly loud noise from the kitchen vent, and breakfast wasn't served before 10. Nothing worked properly, and they wanted to keep our passports for no reason. Nobody spoke English.

Don't trust jassi chima. He betrayed honest people and stole money. He's a liar and a monster.
